Shenae’s Story: Building Strength Through Consistent Training
Shenae has been training with Fit Your Ability for around five years, completing two sessions each week. Over that time, her sessions have focused on strength, mobility, flexibility, core strength, and building confidence through movement.
Her progress has been amazing to see. Exercises that once used 4kg weights have now progressed to 5kg, showing how consistent support and tailored training can help build strength over time.
Shenae’s sessions include a mix of strength training, mobility work, core exercises, and Pilates-style movements using lighter dumbbells. Every session is designed around what works best for her body, goals, and ability.
What makes Shenae’s training special is not just the progress, but the joy in every session. She works hard, has fun, and continues to show what is possible with the right support and encouragement.
