Recreation can encompass various fun and active hobbies or activities depending on your ability and goals. Some of the things our Trainers can do include taking you for a hike, a bike ride, shoot basketball hoops, kick around a soccer ball, play tennis, go bowling, and more.
For the person who likes to get their body moving differently from the traditional gym setting, using the recreation option opens up a huge number of avenues to pursue your health! Let us know what you’re into, and we’ll let you know how we can help.
