We’re showcasing that fitness is for all abilities on the Today Show and Channel 9 News.
At Fit Your Ability, we believe movement is for everyone. We work with people with disability, seniors, and anyone who may feel inactive or unsure where to start.
As an NDIS registered personal training company, we provide supportive, personalised fitness sessions across Australia. Every workout is adapted to the person, their ability, and their goals.
We were also featured live nationally on the Today Show across multiple segments, alongside AUSactive and other industry leaders. Fit Your Ability also had its own dedicated segment on Channel 9 News, filmed at our studio. This was a great opportunity to showcase the work our team and the wider fitness industry do every day, while educating more people on the importance of qualified personal trainers and accessible fitness services.
There are no excuses, only workarounds. Whether it’s strength, balance, mobility, confidence, or simply getting moving again, our trainers help make fitness more accessible and achievable.
The bigger the struggle, the more important it is to stay active and keep moving.
