Chelsea Ford
After more than 10 years as a Physical Education teacher, Chelsea Ford is now bringing her experience in sport and coaching to the Central Coast and surrounding suburbs as a support worker.
Chelsea also leads a local team of personal trainers and support workers, helping people of all abilities access personalised fitness and everyday support within their community.
She believes movement should be accessible to everyone and focuses on helping participants build confidence, strength, mobility, independence and overall wellbeing in a way that suits their individual needs and goals.
Tanya Brinsden
With years of experience as a former physiotherapist in aged and extended care, Tanya now works as a personal trainer and support worker in Sydney, helping older adults improve their mobility, strength, fitness and everyday function.
As a personal trainer and support worker, Tanya supports clients every step of the way with a personalised and encouraging approach, including NDIS participants and others who may benefit from extra support to stay active and work towards their goals.
Dan Brandt
Dan is a compassionate personal trainer and support worker with a profound passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. With two children and a grandson who is on the autism spectrum, his commitment to helping individuals with disabilities goes far beyond professional duty. It is a deeply personal mission that fuels his drive and dedication to the field of personal training and support work. Hence, being part of an NDIS registered company specialising in core and capacity-building categories allows him to help more people.
Alex Stevens
For Alex Stevens, fitness and support go hand in hand. With over 15 years of personal training experience and 7 years working as an NDIS Support Coordinator, Alex brings a unique blend of skills and passion to Penrith. His background in both the fitness industry and the NDIS sector allows him to create training programs that are inclusive, supportive, and designed for people of all abilities.
As a personal trainer and support worker, Alex understands that every client has different strengths, challenges, and goals, which is why he takes a personalised approach to every training session.
Candice Couper
With 17 years of experience and a background in human anatomy, remedial therapy and rehabilitation, Candice brings a wealth of knowledge and a holistic, adaptable approach to her work as a personal trainer and support worker.
At Fit Your Ability, Candice is passionate about making fitness accessible and enjoyable for people of all abilities. She tailors her approach to each individual, helping clients stay active, build confidence and incorporate movement into their everyday lives in a way that supports their goals and needs.
Justin Belzunce
Justin has a strong passion for functional strength training. As a personal trainer and support worker, Justin understands that traditional fitness environments can sometimes feel intimidating or unwelcoming. Having a sibling with a disability has also given him a personal understanding of some of the barriers people may face when accessing fitness.
His approach focuses on helping clients build confidence, improve mobility, get stronger and enjoy exercise in a way that suits their individual needs and goals.
Andy Clement
Andy initially found his calling in New Zealand at a special needs school. His experience coaching a soccer team to their first victories fuelled his passion for working within the disability sector. This early experience laid the foundation for his career in personal training and support work, highlighting the importance of activity and engagement, not only for physical health but also for mental wellbeing.
Now based on the Gold Coast, Andy works as a personal trainer and support worker, with experience supporting people with a range of mental health challenges, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Norm Alpeche
For Norm, personal training and support work are not merely professions but his life’s mission. His goal extends beyond achieving fitness milestones; he wants to create an enduring, positive change in his clients’ lives. Norm sees the larger picture: using personal training and support work as a vehicle to inspire confidence, independence, and wellbeing among people with disabilities.

Scott Byrnes
Scott Byrnes is a highly experienced personal trainer and support worker with over 25 years in the fitness industry and a background in elite sport.
As a personal trainer and support worker, Scott helps clients build strength, improve coordination and grow in confidence, with a focus on independence, empowerment and self-belief.
With his studio located at Miami Aquatic Centre, Scott offers one-on-one and small group personal training in a supportive and accessible environment. He also provides mobile personal training, bringing sessions directly to clients at home or in the community.
