Cerebral Palsy Exercise

Cerebral Palsy Exercise

Improve your muscles.

Our Trainers have helped many clients with Cerebral palsy improve their muscle strength, joint mobility, and physical fitness. They have also provided help with weight management, gait, and cardiovascular fitness.

A wide variety of functional exercises are recommended depending on each client’s unique circumstances and needs. We can do grip strength exercises with carrying, pulling, squeezing, and gripping. Cardiovascular exercises to improve lung function and overall cardiovascular health and endurance like bike riding, walking, and jogging. Muscle-strengthening exercises using body weight or additional resistance from weights and resistance bands and including unilateral exercises can help work with muscle imbalances between the left and right sides of the body, improving coordination with ball drills and balance exercises.

Whatever the goal, whether to run in a race, complete a ropes course, ride a bike, and more, we have helped clients do it!

No matter what disability, Fit your Ability is the first step.
