Are you an NDIS participant living in the Tweed area with a mental health condition and looking to improve your fitness, build confidence, and feel more empowered? We’re excited to invite you to our FREE Mental Health & Fitness Workshop with Fit Your Ability, led by our dedicated personal trainer, Andy Clement.

What to Expect
- Non-contact kickboxing and boxing designed to help manage stress and improve focus.
- Simple and adaptable fitness & strength exercises for all abilities.
- Movement-based activities to support mental well-being, flexibility, and resilience.
- A positive and supportive space to help boost confidence and mood.
- Education on how exercise can help manage mental health conditions, including how movement supports mood, reduces anxiety, and improves sleep.
