Meet PT Candice Couper
Candice’s journey into fitness and health began at a young age when she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just 5 years old. This life-changing experience ignited her passion for understanding the importance of health, fitness, and nutrition. Over the years, Candice has built a wealth of knowledge in human anatomy, remedial therapy, and rehabilitation, blending 17 years of experience with her love for fitness.
At Fit Your Ability, Candice’s mission is to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their abilities. Her holistic, adaptable approach ensures that each client feels supported and empowered in every session. Candice goes beyond traditional workouts by helping clients integrate movement into their daily routines, promoting sustainable habits that lead to healthier, happier lives.
With a reputation for making a real difference in her clients’ lives, Candice has helped individuals overcome challenges, regain mobility, and build confidence in their fitness journey. Whether it’s guiding someone who has been housebound for years or assisting clients with chronic pain, her goal is always to inspire positive, lasting change.
